We do have a three night minimum for reservations. If you wish to stay less than our three night
minimum, a $20.00 cleaning fee will apply.

Our hotels posted room rates on our website are for online reservations only; rates will be different
for last minute drive ups. Confirmed online reservations are for reservations made by placing a
deposit at least two weeks before your check in date. All other requests shall be at the drive up rate.

All Rates are U.S.D. which means United States Dollars.

Our rooms have air conditioning activated in the summer when it becomes hot!

Unlike other accommodations in the Todos Santos, El Pescadero & Cerritos area, San Pedrito Surf
Hotel in Mexico does not base our rates on double occupancy, and then charge more for each
additional person. Our Surf Hotel is affordable and it is easy to calculate what your entire stay with
us will be. There are no hidden fees and charges.

We do charge a $20.00 cleaning fee for stays of just one or two nights. We do have a three night
minimum, as do many of the other accommodations in our area.

At San Pedrito Surf Hotel, we have king sized pillow topped beds in Casitas 1 through 6 for your
comfort. Casita #7 has a queen sized pillow topped bed. We are located on a tropically landscaped
one half acre property right on the Pacific Ocean side of Baja, so each room is just steps away from
the world famous San Pedrito beach.

Wander down the beach to the equally world famous San Pedrito point break where you will find
world class surf during our peak season! Walk or go jogging on our 2.5 mile long beach. Wake early in
the morning and do your yoga meditations & poses either on the beach or in the palapa. Come and
commune with the Pacific Ocean on this pristine coast of Baja California Sur, Mexico. This is such a
healing place, with abundant organic farms surrounding our hotel.

San Pedrito Surf Hotel Management will make sure that your stay is everything that you wish it to be.
