The San Pedrito hotel room gives you a panoramic Southern view of the San Pedrito Beach toward
Cerritos. We are right between Cerritos and Todos Santos and west toward the beach from El
Pescadero, Mexico. Baja California is calling your name!

Low Season Rate: $100.00 U.S.D. Low Season begins April 1st and ends September 30th.
Peak Season Rate: $110.00 U.S.D. Peak Season begins October 1st and ends March 31st.
Christmas Season Rate: $140.00 U.S.D. Christmas Season begins December 15th and ends January 8th.
All rates above are per night, flat rate including tax. All rates are in U.S.D. which means United States dollars. Peso exchange is 12 pesos, to 1 U.S. Dollar.
Our rates are the lowest rates for a beach front accommodation already, therefore we do not offer any other discount on our already deeply discounted rates. We are a much nicer accommodation than the three properties whose rates are just under ours. If you compare our rates to other properties "weekly" rates, we easily beat them. Confirmed online reservations are for reservations made by placing a deposit at least two weeks before your check in date.

Our rooms have air conditioning activated in the summer when it becomes hot!
This room is upstairs and has a spectacular view of the beach looking south; it has a queen bed in one room and two double beds in the other, a fold out hide-a-bed sofa and a captain's bed. This casita has a kitchenette, a private bathroom, a dining room and a large covered lanai overlooking the ocean. This casita is perfect for a family with older children. Maximum occupancy is 6 people.
We do have a three night minimum for reservations during our low and peak seasons. If you wish to stay less than our three night minimum, a $20.00 cleaning fee will apply. During our Christmas season, we have a four night minimum and will not consider reservation requests for less than that minimum.

Casita #7 is our upstairs room and may not be suitable for toddlers or very elderly guests, but is perfect for a family with older children or teenagers. Casita #7 has an amazing view of the ocean and the beach. Your entrance to this casita is located at the back of the building, for privacy. We like to call it "The stairway to Seven". It may be a few more steps to the beach, but the view is well worth those few steps. This is a wonderful family suite, or a lovely private spacious suite of rooms for a couple.
Room Amenities:
Each San Pedrito Surf Hotel room has a full kitchenette and comes with bottled water (5 gallon jugs with despensers), basic cooking utensils, spices, fire extinguishers, bath towels and bed linens. We do have safes in our rooms for your convenience and security. It is your responsibility to use your safe, lock your door(s) and window(s) and to secure any other valuable items or devices that you have brought with you. Crime can and does happen anywhere in the world and it just makes sense to use the provided safe for your valuables whenever you leave your room. We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen items. There is a washer and dryer on the property, it is $5.00 per load for our staff to wash your clothes.

Watch your children frolic in the surf while you watch the pelicans dip into the ocean to catch their dinner. Grill your own dinner on the hotel's outdoor barbeque complete with supplied charcoal and dine in your room or on your lanai al fresco.
We are located near the towns of Todos Santos and El Pescadero, which are coastal towns at the foothills of the Sierra de la Laguna Mountains, on the Pacific coast side of the Baja California Peninsula in Mexico. These towns are about an hour's drive north of Cabo San Lucas on Highway 19 and an hour's drive southwest from La Paz, Mexico. Todos Santos and El Pescadero are located very near the Tropic of Cancer in the municipality of La Paz, though it is closer to Cabo San Lucas. Todos Santos was designated "Pueblo Magico" by the Mexican government and has many art galleries, shops with local goods and restaurants from fine dining to taco stands.
