Low Season Rate: $50.00 U.S.D. Low Season begins April 1st and ends September 30th.
Peak Season Rate: $65.00 U.S.D. Peak Season begins October 1st and ends March 31st.
Christmas Season Rate: $90.00 U.S.D. Christmas Season begins December 15th and ends January 8th.
All rates above are per night, flat rate including tax. All rates are in U.S.D. which means United States dollars. Peso exchange is 12 pesos, to 1 U.S. Dollar.
Our rates are the lowest rates for a beach front accommodation already, therefore we do not offer any other discount on our already deeply discounted rates. We are a much nicer accommodation than the three properties whose rates are just under ours. If you compare our rates to other properties "weekly" rates, we easily beat them. Confirmed online reservations are for reservations made by placing a deposit at least two weeks before your check in date.

Casita #6:
This is a nice studio with a king sized bed, full kitchen and a shared bathroom with Casita #5. This Casita is perfect for a couple, or as an extra room when renting Casita #5 (a ten dollar per night discount applies if #5 & #6 are rented together, but only for our three night minimum). Maximum occupancy is 2 people.
We do have a three night minimum for reservations during our low and peak seasons. If you wish to stay less than our three night minimum, a $20.00 cleaning fee will apply. During our Christmas season, we have a four night minimum and will not consider reservation requests for less than that minimum.

Casita #6 is our most affordable room! This room is perfect for a single surfer or a surfing couple, or just for a couple who want an affordable romantic get-a-way on a budget. Though this room shares a bathroom with Casita #5, there is also a public bathroom available in case the shared bathroom is occupied when you need it.
Room Amenities:
Each San Pedrito Surf Hotel room has a full kitchenette and comes with bottled water (5 gallon jugs with despensers), basic cooking utensils, spices, fire extinguishers, bath towels and bed linens. We do have safes in our rooms for your convenience and security. It is your responsibility to use your safe, lock your door(s) and window(s) and to secure any other valuable items or devices that you have brought with you. Crime can and does happen anywhere in the world and it just makes sense to use the provided safe for your valuables whenever you leave your room. We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen items. There is a washer and dryer on the property, it is $5.00 per load for our staff to wash your clothes.
Our ocean front hotel is just a short walk to the world famous San Pedrito point break where you will enjoy impressive waves during our peak season, or during a summer storm swell. If you are a family, you may want to reserve both Casita #5 and #6 together for an affordable, private family unit. This is a great alternative if you are on a budget. Each of our rooms has a kitchenette, so that you are able to buy food in town and prepare it yourself. Or you can go to any of the restaurants and loncherias in either El Pescadero or Todos Santos. San Pedrito Surf Hotel is the best, most affordable, ocean front hotel in Baja California Sur, Mexico.
There are many points of interest near our hotel. There is the secluded Palm Beach; there is the skate park at mile marker 64 on highway 19, you might enjoy a hike in the mountains or just stay at our beach front hotel and read a good novel. You can go to Cerritos beach and go surfing, or enjoy the Cerritos Beach Club bar, or the Sand Bar for some night life, but you can always return to San Pedrito Surf Hotel for a peaceful night. Let the waves of the Pacific Ocean ease you into a deep restful sleep.
Remember, early January is the peak of whale watching season on the Baja California Peninsula. The 5,000-mile gray whale migration from the cold waters of Alaska's Bering Sea to the warm waters of the Baja Peninsula, means that you don't want to miss the longest known whale migration in the world. The whales call the ocean off of the Pacific side of Baja, Mexico their winter home. The ocean off of Cabo San Lucas has strong currents that prevent the best whale watching.
