We do have a three night minimum for reservations. If you will be staying below our three night
minimum, a $20.00 cleaning fee will apply.

Our hotels posted room rates on our website are for online reservations only; rates will be different for
last minute drive ups. Confirmed online reservations are for reservations made by placing a deposit at
least two weeks before your check in date. All other requests shall be at the drive up rate.

All Rates are U.S.D. which means United States Dollars.

Our rooms have air conditioning activated in the summer when it becomes hot!

Casita #5:
This Casita is our family room. Casita #5 is a two bedroom unit. One room has a king size bed and the
other room has two single beds, and the kitchenette. Casita #5 has a shared bathroom with Casita #6.
Please ask about reserving Casita #5 and #6 together for a wonderful private family suite of rooms (a
ten dollar per night discount applies if #5 & #6 are rented together, but only for our three night
minimum). Maximum occupancy for Casita #5 is 4 people.

Low Season rate: $65.00 USD per night flat rate including tax.
Peak Season rate: $75.00 USD per night flat rate including tax.
Christmas Season rate: $105.00 USD per night flat rate including tax.

Casita #5 is an affordable option for a family of four. This room has two separate rooms for privacy.
Though this room overlooks the garden, our property is only one half of an acre, so the beach is nearly
right outside your door. Casita #5 is situated at the back of our property for additional seclusion. If
there are more in your party, you might consider renting casita #5 and #6 together for the ultimately
private family suite. We are one of the only accommodations in the Todos Santos area that offers
kitchenettes in each of our rooms. This makes our hotel affordable for families on vacation here in
Mexico. You will be able to stay beach front on a budget!

Enjoy the Pacific Ocean side of Baja California Sur in its complete unspoiled splendor. Though Cerritos
beach may be crowded, our two and a half mile long beach is tranquil and peaceful. We have had yoga
groups reserve the entire hotel for their yoga retreat. We have been told that sunrise is magical at our
hotel for your yoga poses and meditations. We have no outside influences at our beach front hotel,
unless you bring them with you. There is nothing to distract you from your yoga meditations. Each of
our rooms has a kitchenette which is perfect for preparing wholesome, organic foods, purchased right
here in El Pescadero from the local farmers. You can also go to point Lobos where the local Mexican
fishermen arrive with their daily catch. Ask our Manager for directions and times. Fresh organic food
and a healthy relaxed pace at our hotel helps any stress that you may have melt away. By the time you
leave our hotel, you will be fully relaxed and already planning your return trip.

El Pescadero is the jewel on the pacific coast of Baja California Sur, located between La Paz and Cabo
San Lucas and near the town of Todos Santos. It is an oasis in the desert, with lush tropical vegetation,
organic vegetable farms and magical serenity. The local people are amicable and gracious. El Pescadero,

reserve the room of your choice during the dates that you want. We are particularly busy during the
Christmas season, so we do advise making your reservations no later than mid September or our hotel
may be full.
