We do have a three night minimum for reservations. If you will be staying below our three night minimum,
a $20.00 cleaning fee will apply.

Our hotels posted room rates on our website are for online reservations only; rates will be different for last
minute drive ups. Confirmed online reservations are for reservations made by placing a deposit at least two
weeks before your check in date. All other requests shall be at the drive up rate.

All Rates are U.S.D. which means United States Dollars.

Our rooms have air conditioning activated in the summer when it becomes hot!

Casita #2

Casita #2 is a cozy studio room with a king sized pillow top bed. This room also has a full kitchen with all
of the basic spices and cooking utensils and a private bathroom. (The bathroom has a single person
shower, so if you require a larger shower, you might want to consider either Casita #1 or #7).
Casita #2 is perfect for a couple. Maximum occupancy is 2 people.

Low Season Rate: $60.00 USD per night flat rate including tax.
Peak Season rate: $70.00 USD per night flat rate including tax.
Christmas Season rate: $100.00 USD per night flat rate including tax.

When you send a deposit you are agreeing to our hotel policies, terms and conditions stated on our

Casita #2 is a garden view room, but keep in mind that our small hotel sits on just one half acre and every
room is just steps away from San Pedrito beach and our world famous point break. You will not be
deprived of ocean front vacationing here. San Pedrito Surf Hotel is the best, most comfortable, most
affordable beach front hotel in our area of Mexico. Each of our rooms has a kitchenette, so you can enjoy
an affordable Mexican vacation. Our hotel has been called a "Jewel" by our guests. With all of the
development happening at Cerritos beach, people can come to us and escape that constant commotion.

We are just one mile west toward the ocean, from the delightful town of El Pescadero, Baja California Sur,
Mexico. El Pescadero is truly an oasis in the desert. Look around and you will notice where the desert ends
and the beautiful organic farms begin. There are several grocery stores and loncherias for your
convenience. The town of Todos Santos is located ten minutes North of San Pedrito Surf Hotel with
charming art galleries, merchants and even a smattering of high end restaurants. Cerritos Beach is ten
minutes south of us and boasts the Cerritos Beach Club bar plus surf board rentals and repair.
