We do have a three night minimum for reservations. If you wish to stay less than our three night
minimum, a $20.00 cleaning fee will apply.

Our hotels posted room rates on our website are for online reservations only; rates will be
different for last minute drive ups. Confirmed online reservations are for reservations made by
placing a deposit at least two weeks before your check in date. All other requests shall be at the
drive up rate.

Our rooms have air conditioning activated in the summer when it becomes hot!

You do not need a four wheel drive vehicle to get to our hotel. An economy rental car will do
fine. When you are coming down Highway 19, you will see a swath of verdant green vegetation
and swaying palm trees in the distance. That's how you know you are about to reach the
harmonious town of El Pescadero, Mexico. Look for the Pemex gas station coming up on your
left. When you see it, look for a small street just before the Pemex. It's a dirt road, so slow down.
Will you survive the road to San Pedrito Surf Hotel? I personally guarantee it, just drive slowly!
You will go down this dirt road for approximately 1.9 Km. Enjoy the enchanting vegetable farms
along the way. At the end of the first road, you will be making a right turn and going a short .4
Km, on your left you will notice two enormous fig trees with trunks that are huge in
circumference, we call them Abuela and Abuelo (Grandmother and Grandfather). After the fig
trees you will be making a left for another short .3 Km. You will be making a hard right hand
turn when you see the signs for Rancho Pescadero. Another brief .4 Km and you will arrive at the
San Pedrito Surf Hotel. There, you survived the road to San Pedrito Surf Hotel and your Mexican
vacation begins!

We are away from the insane party scene of Cabo San Lucas and just close enough to Cerritos
Beach Club Bar and, The Sand Bar and Hotel California's Grill and Bar, so you can have some
fun, then come back to the San Pedrito Hotel for a restful nights sleep.
